    Affiliates may not use sponsored search (paid search, PPC, etc) for purpose of generating leads, unless approval is given by Commerce Payment Systems and extra terms are signed. Once approved, the following conditions would still apply to all campaigns:

    • No bidding on brand names, trademarks, URLs or any extensions or misspellings thereof.
    • You must broadly negative match all brand terms from your campaigns, including Commerce Payment Systems and CommercePaymentSystems.com
    • Using any form of the brand terms anywhere in the title, description or display URL is prohibited.
    • No direct linking. All publishers must send keyword to a splash page before sending to Commerce Payment Systems.

    Duplicate referrals:  Once a business is recorded as a lead in our CRM system, the lead belongs to the referring affiliate for three (3) months. If the same business is referred by a 2nd affiliate during these three (3) months, this is not considered a valid lead, and will not show up in any referral statistics. If the business is not approved for a merchant account by Commerce Payment Systems during the three (3) months, the business is eligible to become a valid lead again.

    Affiliates use of their referrals' contact information for any other purposes other than referring their business to us is prohibited, including selling a referred leads' contact information.

    We do not permit SPAM of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Sending unsolicited emails
    • Posting to any inappropriate forums, blogs or social networks that do not allow business content
    • Using the "Commerce Payment Systems" name in any unsolicited communications

    Publishers found in breach of these terms will be subject to immediate expulsion from the program.
