Q: I am not an International/non U.S. citizen, can I still participate?

Since Commerce Payment Systems can only provide merchant services to U.S. businesses, we welcome any affiliate that targets our audience. However all international/non U.S. affiliates are required to submit a W‐ 8BEN in order to become approved and to be paid.
